Free delivery in Montreal is done every Monday and in Ottawa it is done every Tuesday.

Allow a 48hr cutoff date from those delivery days mentioned or your order will fall into next week's delivery schedule.

Free delivery in Toronto, Kingston and Surrounding areas is done on the first Friday of every month. A minimum order of 4 lbs (454gr.) does apply.
