Unlike the traditional espresso, our recipe consists of only Arabica beans from one region but roasted at different levels creating a smoother flavor with the same amount of crema. A creative amalgamation that include three different roasts from the same high quality coffee with each different roast having its own distinctive taste creating the perfect espresso drink.
