We chose this coffee as our "house blend" coffee because of the combination of Chocolate undertones(my favorite) and earthy, fruity notes.. This duo has merits in mentioning its richness, almost sweet scent in aroma. From two regions(Ethiopia & Colombia) with very different characteristics but both known to grow some of the most unique tasting coffee profiles. .
This coffee goes exceptionally well mixed as a latte or if you want to taste all of it's true characteristics, the espresso method can be extremely delicious as well.
TASTE PROFILE: A great smelling coffee. Many enjoy this bean because of the smooth, almost lingering coffee taste it leaves on your palate.
