We chose this coffee as our "go to" coffee because of the combination of Chocolate and Caramel undertones(my favorite) and also very rich in aroma. A combination of two regions with very different characteristics. We roast both beans up to beginning of the 2nd crack, exhibiting dark chocolate characteristics and fruity notes..
This coffee goes exceptionally well mixed as a latte or if you want to taste all of it's true characteristics, the espresso method can be extremely delicious as well.
TASTE PROFILE: A full bodied coffee with a great smelling aroma. Many enjoy this bean as their morning coffee because of the thick feeling it leaves on your palate.
